What head should I use

I have a set of e streets on a fresh rebuild 306 and a set of trick flow heads on my old motor. Should I switch the e streets out for the trick flows. 306 has a trick flow stage 1 cam e street heads and I have a trick flow intake. Just wondering if switching heads would be worth it if so what would be the hp gains.

Keep the TW heads on there. Call Ed Curtis at FTI for a custom ground cam if you want more power.
