Sixty twelve.

I'm also too broke to make realistic HP guesses without the use of a dyno!

Well stock they were underrated at 215hp/285lbft, at the crank, for insurance reasons, were closer to 225hp/305lbft at the crank. So with the mods you have you should be close to the 300hp mark at the crank,

You're smoking crack. My HCI Cobra made 301 to the wheels. Not a snowball's chance in hell he is anywhere close.

Nope, they made about 185-190rwhp bone stock. The E7 heads are that bad. Nothing he has done except the GT40 intake is going to add any power. Maybe the chip depending on how decent he canned tune is.

My guess is somewhere from 205-215 to the wheels.

Lol I'm pretty sure injecotrs, cold air and throttle body had some power. What should I do next? I was thinking headers but what do you guys recommend? Cheap power!

Why would injectors up your power? Heads don't flow enough to warrant bigger tb. 60mm stocker flows more air than they can use. Stock intake tube is already a CAI. Nothing you did except the gt40 intake is adding power to your setup. Maybe the chip. Maybe.

216 to the wheels.

Get some used long tube headers and a off road h pipe.

Bump the timing.

Save some cash and keep looking at craigslist for deals.

Who cares what the numbers are? Just take it to the track. Forget the water cooler talk.

If he has stock gears he'll run in the high 14s/low 15s. Stock gears are terribad.

My point exactly. So why does it matter what his guesstimated HP and torque is. Lol. Still slow.

why don't you just tell people that ask that you don't know because you never got it dyno'd? perfectly reasonable response i think.
