Driver side signal staying on instead of blinking

Long story short. 89 fox. Installed shorty headers and new plugs today. Unplugged battery during the install. Now, my driver signal won't flash. It comes on but it stays solid? What could have happened during the install that could cause this? Any suggestions on what to try and look at? Lol

My dad's truck did this and there was some sort of a flasher relay that needed to be replaced I believe

Look in the owners manual and find the location of the turn signal flasher relay.
If all of the bulbs are working, that is likely the cause.

There should be a sticker, on the fuse panel cover, that has the fuse and relay positions.

The driver side front or rear bulb is probably blown.Surges can occur anytime the battery is reconnected so it might have caused a weak bulb to blow.Check the flasher too,its the round object pushed into the fusebox next to the other fuses.
