Low coolant

Does anyone know why my low coolant light is always on? Maybe a week after I put new coolant. And the radiator is always low with the coolant

So OP you are saying your rad is always low on coolant?
Well the cooling system is a closed unit so the only way for coolant to be lost/escape is by being burnt off or dripped/leaked out.

I agree with SmurfStang. You might wanna trouble shoot while you're constantly losing coolant. If external leaks aren't present, the lower intake gasket, head gasket or heater core is probably leaking.Head gasket usually causes steamy smoke from tailpipes, wet spark plugs at two adjacent cylinders, oil looks like it has a milkshake mixed in with it,overheating and detonation (sometimes)A leaking intake gasket usually causes the same milkshake appearing oil,but not overheating (unless coolant level gets too low)
If the coolant gets below a certain level in the coolant recovery bottle, the low coolant light will come on.If the level is above the min-max mark on the bottle & the light is still on,the low coolant sensor needs to be replaced. Its about $75 bucks though.Looks like the part below
