Remind me again...

...why having a 25 year old car with constant mechanical needs is fun? 'Cause I can't remember right now.

Because eventually it makes you happy. Every time I drive my fox and step on the loud pedal it puts a smile on my face. Plus slapping up some Chevys always feels great.

Cars have come a long way in the last 25 years, haven't they? But then again, I wonder how reliable my 2015 is going to be in 2040?

It's for some people and not others. Some love fixing them; others hate it.

Pick your poison.

I'd have to agree. With above, but there have been a few times, I wonder why I started doing this. Yes, I then remember a little while later that I done a great job. If I complete the job. If not I go to bad mad and fight another day. Plus one of mines is for mom.

Sometimes vehicles can be a pest but others times they can be a joy being able to put your own personal touch and know you made it better than before can be rewarding I have a 99 Chrysler sebring jxi convertible sometimes it drives me crazy with maintenance and others it makes me smile especially when your new 2005 volkswagen jetta blows transmission
