Transmission help!

I have a 92 lx 5.0 with a t5 tranny from the factory, messing around in the rain I ended up breaking the tranny, my question is should should i go wit the T5 world class since I do have mod's, e cam, Ported heads, and its my daily driver so some recommendations on what type of tranny to buy would help?

My input: with a t5 wc you'll need a longer driveline, 94/95 bell housing and clutch fork! Expect to pay 8$ for a fork at picknpull , 125$ for a bellhousing if you can find one but yes the wc is worth it

This car is a pain in my ***

SmurfStang is correct.
Ford introduced the T5 in this order.

(1983-1984)Non-World Class T5
1st gear-2.95 5th gear-0.63
265ftlb
Ranger,etc

(1983-1984)Non World Class T5
1st gear-3.97
245ftlb
4 cylinder Mustang

(1985-1989)World Class T5
1st gear-3.35 5th gear-0.68
265ftlb

(1990-1993)World Class T5
1st gear-3.35 5th gear-0.68
300ftlb

The 1990-1993 T5 is the strongest production transmission found in the Foxbody platform.

Lol um... no. 94/95 transmissions are identical to the 93-down except for the longer input shaft which is swappable between the two. The Cobras got a slightly upgraded T-5 tho.

As for the OP. Get a rebuilt T-5 for $750 to your door. I can PM you the builder I would use and that is about what he'll charge you shipping and everything. You don't need anything stronger right now. If you DO think you need something stronger then get the Astro A5.
