Fuel rail lines

I just aquired a 1995 Mustang gt for $1000 from a guy who is in the army was stationed in Germany with me and was leaving and needed to get rid of it quick. I am currently in the process of rebuilding the whole engine and replacing all the gaskets as seals. Well of course it hasn't gone smoothly I've ran into the problem of the fuel lines that go from one fuel rail to the other both have holes in them. Ive looked for the lines, and all i can come up with is buying the whole fuel rail set and i dont want to pay $500+ for 2 lines that cost maybe $5 a piece. Any advice?

I just replaced the original 25 year old rail on my truck last week. Luckily, I had a replacement from a parts truck that I parted out several years ago.
I haven't found a repair kit, of any sort, yet. It can't be "rocket science" though. I would think that the flexible hoses between the two halves of the fuel rail can be replaced with the appropriate sized fuel injection hose and the correct clamps. I'm not sure how the 94-95 fuel rail is configured though.
My usual advice would be to go find one in a wrecking yard, but I don't think that you would have much luck with that in Germany. Probably, EBay is your next best alternative.

Those can be a pain to find! I searched every salvage yard around my area and most of them didn't have and vehicle older than 97. Parts like that are getting harder and harder to find. I lucked out and finially found a friend who found one for me. You can search for local mustang forums around your area. Most have mustangs they part out. Good luck
