Your stock ignition system with an aftermarket box to prevent the spark from being blown out is sufficient for your combo. Hopefully the MSD stuff holds up, I 'd recommend Crane if you want any sort of quality or longevity.

I had a 95 Cobra making 301/325 with a HCI. I at first had a A9L swap and then went back to the J4J1 when I had it dyno tuned. All I had in the ignition system was a Crane HI-6 and stock everything else. And TBTH for a HCI car you don't even need that.

In hindsight I should have done what you did and just supercharge with a cam swap. Would have been less money and another 125whp.

Just be prepared to shatter 3rd gear in that T5 and potentially have headgasket issues with the OEM TTY bolts.

If you have any other questions shoot, I had my 95 Cobra from 2003 to 2011 and I still wish I had not sold it sometimes.

Ok if you have the ARP bolts or studs you should be fine.

The GeForce is pretty strong you should be fine. However... just FYI the only real game in town for a rock solid totally bulletproof T5 is Astro. The gearsets are not the same no matter what you get told. Astro is much stronger.
