Really bad shaking - Mustang Evolution

Really bad shaking

So around 1,000 rpm my car begins to shake really bad but as i increase in rpm it goes away what could be doing this?

does it only happen when moving?

No it happens in park it shakes at all rpms now but is very noticeable at 1,000

Have you done a visual inspection under the hood? Probably a good place to start.
