92 5.0 revving problem with ... VIDEO

Hey guys I'm working on a 1992 Mustang GT got a few little mods here and there I got me a nice set up going last upgrade I did was 130 amp alternator but I'm having an issue with my RPMs
this is whats going on
if you run the car with no load it runs great turn on the headlights and it starts acting like there's a rev limiter and starts sputtering around 5000 if you turn on the electric fan with the headlights on it really Falls flat at 4000 RPM it just acts like there's a rev limiter it's terrible first thing I was thinking that the alternator might be bad so I take it down to my local crappy AutoZone have them test it it passed just to reassure myself I go down the street to O'Reilly have them tested it passed on the way back home I stopped at a different AutoZone get a check there too it passed so I get home I start disassembling the cluster once the cluster is removed my voltage drops to 12.33 volts I turn the fan on and all the lights on it runs like a scolded ape!! what gives I just don't know
I'll try and post a video tomorrow maybe it'll help if anybody knows what's going on with this I greatly appreciate the help it's driving me nuts
thanks for your time guys

I would check your grounds well before going through anything else. Next will be check your wiring you changed for the alt.

I hate electrical gremlins. I had a huge problem one time when I moved the battery to the back of the trunk. I ended up constructing 2 ground straps outta 0 gauge wire and replaced the stock one as well. Stupid crappy stock grounds.

Was this happening before?
Anything else was done?

i just did this now checked and cleaned up grounds (ECM/FIREWALL/DRIVER FENDER/BATT CABLE ) changed TFI dizzy looks clean ( no silver powder inside ) still does it
see whats driving me crazy is it only happens when you turn on lights or elc fan but i dont see a voltage drop other then normal ...the more you turn on the worse it gets
no lights or and fan on ... she runs awesome!!
all i have done in the last 30 days was
T5
all suspension
elc fan
a/c delete
air pump delete
moved PS to the top
130amp alt
U/D pulleys

Dumb question but is your belt tight as in is the tensioner good as in keeping the belt tight all the times even under load,if you have a belt slacking on and off it will create problems with output.
Was just a basic ? That gets over looked.

Never a Dumb question
the belt feels super tight
it only does this under electricial load

does this alternator need to be or have a ground anywhere ????
