Manual Fan Switch

Does anyone have a wire diagram for a RAD fan switch "manual" ..... I'm clueless when it comes to electrical
I have 2 1400cfm fans with pos (red) and neg (blue) wires

None of the diagrams I've found show what I need to do with a manual bypass switch , here is what I have and a diagram I started !

Should be fair easy the way you have it you could even run it off ignition switch so when you turn on key it comes on
