Need help selecting rockers

Got an 84 with E7 heads, it's my daily. Opened up the intake one day, saw no guide plates or spider, so I'm thinking it has flat tappet hydraulic lifters.

I'm not changing heads. Cam might be done later on but not with a duration that kills vacuum too much.

I have a failing lifter and while I'm replacing that and swapping to a dual plane I want to put rockers on but don't want to buy guide plates or springs. So I'm asking, what type of rockers can be used other than roller tipped rail type? Can I use a non adjustable full roller? What type studs? I believe the cam is or near stock.

84 motors are not roller cams. Secondly not worth investing into E7's. They will not be stud type either they will be pedestal type rockers.
