Are you referring to the front suspension k-member?

Do you have a manufacturer in mind?
I believe that most aftermarket k-members come as complete kits, with the exception of possibly springs or coil-over shocks.
It really depends on what you want to accomplish by installing a tubular k-member, which will determine what parts, or even styles of k-members to use.

If you are looking at the AJE k-member, you will need to purchase the AJE motor mounts for whichever engine that you are going to use. Also, you will likely need to find a longer steering shaft.
You can reuse the stock A-arms if you want, or you can purchase a pair of the various aftermarket units. Whatever you decide, I recommend replacing all of the bushings, ball joints, tie rods, etc.
