| Cookies?
explain to me what this is. Paypal just called me (supposedly) and said that their computer said to call me to see if I made a transaction yesterday and the exact amount it was. I did make a transaction but I thought it was just weird they called. Anyway they said it could be because my cookies were cleared or I used a different computer. Sounds Fishy to me.

Hmm...I have sent money from a number of different computers and they have never even emailed me let alone called. I would call them and ask if they in fact did call or if they have a policy to call.
As for cookies, well, since you have to login everytime you go to paypal, cookie information gets reset anyhow. So, that line there is a bit of BS in my mind.
