Mark forums read broken?

Is this broken for anyone else using the web version of the site? No matter what page I am on, the link for it gets set to the same like just with a pound sign.

Here's an example of what it looks like creating this thread:

Code:
http://www.mustangevolution.com/forum/newthread.php?do=newthread&f=354#
Click it and it does nothing. This happened a while back to me as well...and then just started working again. It's been doing this to me for about the last hour...was working fine this morning.

I know, it does that to me too. I can't figure out why the hell it does that. I try to troubleshoot it every time it does it to me but I can't figure it out.

Re: Mark forums read broken?

Hmmm looking at the source code it looks like it could possibly be Google Analytics outbound link tracking that is breaking it?

Can you think of a reason that code would break it, Rob? Come to think of it, why the hell is it even appending that javascript. Its not even an outbound link.

It has to be something inside the _gaq.push function canceling out the click or something. I'm guessing the href portion isn't even getting taken into consideration since when you click the link and even tell it to open in a new tab/window it just shows you what you're already looking at.

It has to be the fact it is getting parsed for the analytics stuff you mentioned.

Still working on this. I think I am zeroing in on the cause. I hate vBulletin, btw.

Seems to work intermittantly, for me. I just jumped on here to report the problem.

Re: Mark forums read broken?

It works if I disable vBSEO. Breaks again when I re-enable. Opened a ticket with them.

Re: Mark forums read broken?

More progress made. We have determined it to be a problem with a cache setting in vBSEO. They are looking further into it now.

It's been working for me for a few days...and then this afternoon it has broken again...now it just wants to take you to the forumdisplay.php page.
