Thumbs up Input Needed: Vehicle Calculators

Ok, I am bored at work and am working on several calculators to add into the site. I already send brent a mixed fuel octane calculator.

So, what kinds of calculators would y'all like to see?

Currently, I am working on the following calculators:

* Desity Altitude
* Engine Displacement Converter (Liters to Cubic Inches and vice versa)
* Engine Displacement
- Calculate the displacement of an engine when you know the bore x stroke
- Calculate the bore when you know the displacement and stroke
- Calculate the stroke when you know the displacement and bore
* Convert between 1/4 mile and 1/8 mile times

Additional ones I am thinking about doing:
* Estimate 1/8-Mile Horsepower Requirements from MPH
* Estimate 1/8 Horsepower Requirements from ET
* Estimate 1/8-Mile ET from MPH
* Estimate Quarter-Mile Horsepower requirements from MPH
* Estimate Quarter-Mile Horsepower requirements from ET
* Estimate Quarter-Mile ET from Horsepower
* Estimate Quarter-Mile ET from MPH
* Calculate HP from ET and Weight
* Calculate HP from MPH and Weight
* Calculate Compression Ration
* Calculate Effects of Tire size changes
* Calculate Effects on RPM for gear changes

Those are all of the types of calcs I have been able to think of/find on the net in the last hour or so.

So...are there any other kinds of calculators anyone would like to see?

Those would be great. I'm trying to figure out the best way to organize them once they are done.

Re: Input Needed: Vehicle Calculators

I have the first set pretty much done...I'm just going to organize the forms a little to be cleaner. All the java for it is done though.

Don't do anything like modular fords does...that is pretty plain looking...

Maybe I can create a page of all the calculators on one page...and show/hide them whenever the user clicks the link...

I'll mess with it a little.

so I guess this means one of two things:

(1) your wife isn't hot (no offense intended)?

-OR-

(2) your wife doesn't put out unless you get her really drunk?

hmmmm....sucks for you...I guess you must do a lot of this :yank: then, huh?

If there are any that you don't see in my original post...throw them out for suggestion. Like I said...it was just a quick hour search that found those...I was bored at work...but it was by no means an in depth search. Figured I would see if there were any anyone was looking for in particular.
