Some picts. of my friends stang..

This is his 2003 mustang GT 5-speed. Hes 16 and its a really nice car. He has Eibach 2" lowering springs, K&N FiPK intake, Borla Catback Exhaust with BBK X-Pipe w/o cats, and the Montegi Racing Rims. The thing is so loud i get headaches So what you guys think of his stang?

I could do without the advertising on the side of the car, but to each his own.

Pretty nice car, especially for a 16 y/o.

Whitestang said it. I don't like the advertisement on the side of the car but if it makes him happy I'm not going to bash him. How did a 16 year old kid get that? I had to drive a 1983 chevrolet cavalier station wagon when I was 16. My parents never bought me a car . Ever gone to the track?

well i got a 2003 Mustang GT a month before i turned 17. For the first 7 months of having my license, i drove my mom's minivan everywhere. then i got my stang almost a month ago and here i am now, i'm paying the payments, my mom is doing the insurance Ya his parents bought it for him i think, bastard. Ya my other friend, who is also 16 , you won't believe this has a 2003 Ford Lightning, but his dad nearly owns half the town i live in. Here some picts. of my friends lightning, its pretty nice. All he has is Eibach Pro-kit lowering springs so far.

yeah not much, other than a vortech supercharger and who else knows what to go along with it. and cobras from that body style did not have superchargers.

so what is the difference between a 4.6 litre GT and a Cobra? Are Cobras 5.0? Different cams? Intake? Higher redline? Different gears?

gts and cobras from 94-95 were both 5.0s. gts and cobras from 96-04 were both 4.6 however, the gts were single over head cam and cobras were double overhead cam. cobras also had other upgrades including IRS starting in 99, and supercharger and 6 speed trannies starting in 03. cobras have other performance and looks upgrades also and are only available with manual trannies.

no, but we got a local car club going on right now, we got 2-2003 Mustang GTs-one is mine, 1996-SVT Corba-which is above, 2003 Lightning-which is above, 1976 Camaro and 1973 Camaro-got a lot of mods, 450-500hp.(eta.) with the engine mods. hes doing to it, stroking, boring, etc., 2002 WRX, and 1996 Talon TSI. So, its not bad for a bunch of high schoolers , but if we get some pictures of us riding together, i'll throw some up here.

putting a 16 year old in a mustang GT or soem other semi fast or fast car is a VERY bad idea.... but what ever... there are some of course that can handle it fine.... but its probably a great idea to at least make em pay the payments or something... but oh well

my bad, i'm a packer fan too, and i used to spell brett favre-farve, i felt stupid . Well spector, you got a point, i jsut turned 17 and my friend is 16, that blue mustang, he spun out messing around and hit a big boulder, now hes got a nice big hole on the passenger side front bumper and messed up his rear fender pretty bad, got the fender fixed. He would fix the bumper, but hes just going to wait until he gets a body kit, and his parents won't let him fix it because they found out he was messing around. I almost hit a mailbox with mine messing around , i've learned my lesson and i feel it was what i needed to calm me down, treat my car with more respect. I didn't tell my mom, but i almost wanted her to take away my keys for punishment ,but.....i need a car to get me around so i kept it on the DL.
