i couldnt tell ya since i add the irs i had to cut the rear cobra sprins and the front are C springs put i have some Steeda sport springs to put on which is like 1.25

i run 18psi on a 4 banger thats stock other than a "deleted" catback and K&N on the VAM , and timing set to 12*

your car also ran about 14 PSI stock so that argument doesn't hold up too well

actually, my block is almost identical to a pinto block, as is the head, the rods and crank is the same as any 2.3L stang, only difference is the pistons
