Do you like it with or with out the Bra on the hood. there is noting wrong with the hood, but the front bumper bra has to stay on there..

ive seen first hand the power of the bra...you think you are saving the hood and bumper from getting chipped by rocks...however it traps water and other depris, so when you take it off all your paint is gone, rust has set in (for non fiberglass cars), etc etc...that eclipse was fawked

paint it, but since you won't, leave it like normal and don't make it look stupid, cover the hood back up.

Bra's should be put on when traveling long interstate roads to prevent bug and debris dammage they should be taken off regularly and removed before or just after a ran

true.. but when there is a crack, slit, paint spiders, and missing clear coat on the bumper i cant take it off. it looks like dog poo. i dont have $800+ for a new bumper and paint. I hit a Dog going about 55mph, and ford paint sucks.

Personally I'd rather ride around with a cracked bumper than something that ugly..

i rode around with a cracked bumper forever... just take the thing off and roll gangsta style lol. Seriously, a scratch in the bumper isnt a big deal, youll get used to it if you drive with it off... then you dont have that ugly thing on there

it wont cost 800 bucks, you can get an oem or another bumper cheap, a cobra bumper can be had for 300~ just for examples. Then paint will be 200 so at most you are looking at 500, probably less. If you want another bumper like that they can be found super cheap from people who upgraded to body kits and need quick cash to pay em off.

Painting Laser Red on anything is expensive because even with the bumper being not huge they will have to buy at least 3 quarts of paint , Copper, Rose and Pearl. Where as one quart of paint would do a none tri-color bumper easy.
