on the 97, why don't the front fog lights line up directly?

but thanks for the visuals. Now I know which cobras in the dallas area I prolly shouldn't race. Although it would be kinda fun

The fog lights on the 97 do line up... It's just the camera angle !!!

Please do approach me if you see me driving around. I'm a pretty OK guy to talk to, plus I love fast cars of all makes and models and love to race for fun !!!

You will more than likely never see the red car on the street as it is manly my track car, but the 03 you will see around every once in a while. Just identify yourself and we can get together to BS and talk shop.

Take care and thanks for the compliments on the cars...

Yeah, I wouldn't mind meeting up some time. I was just saying I shouldn't pull up to your 03 and initiate a race.

Believe it or not it's gutter guard from Home Depot painted black with high temp spray paint... I just shaped it to fit and bolted it to the heat exchanger.

Yet another mod available at your local home depot store. lol. It's amazing how simple something can be...just look at the oil separator. Btw..are you running one by chance?

You can still make it work using another set of fasteners to attach it to. There is nothing wrong with a little home engineering that looks good and works !!!

out of curiousity...how come you aren't running one on the passenger side? I thought the problem they cure was that the oil was being pulled into the intake from the passenger head? I've heard people say they are running them on both sides...but I thought the passenger by the intake was the main one.

Also, is yours the home depot version or did you buy one from someone? I am thinking about making my own now that I am running the 2.76...don't need any oil getting into the mix now.

I've personaly had no blow-by problems out of the passenger air feed. No oil residue in the intake tube, however the drivers side does collect quite a bit of oil in the catch can. I bought the parts to make my sepparator from home depot and autozone... It is just a campbell air sepparator for an air compressor and some fittings & hose...
