judging by those pics, it looks to be a 94-97. but is it an LT1? those output numbers seem to make it sounds like an LT1.......just wondering.

Haha, you know what? Remember how we were talking about racing my dad's corvette?

His is a 7.4L, not a 5.7L. x2. I was confused.

Re: The Firebird

Man...formulas always mess with my mind, I'm all like "that's a firebird, I can take it", then I hear the exhaust and have to rethink my strategy.

Rethink Strategy? You mean the strategy of not racing it because it would blow your nuts off.

You mean one flow, I think those all came with fake duals, one pipe splits into two at the rear in the muffler.

Re: The Firebird

2-cats -> y-pipe -> one pipe down next to the driveshaft -> over the rear axle -> into the muffler -> two pipes out the back.

LT1 cars are alright, theyre no fun to work on, but they make decent power, the 6-speed is fun

so Brent, how many times have you done the 1-2-5 shift?

I'm talking about the skip shift. If you don't get on it hard (unless it's got the skip shift eliminator) it'll force you from 1->4.
