how to make a 29" radiator fit in a classic mustang....

....with a cut off wheel!

Tomorrow I have to design some brackets and a way to give all the strength back to the radiator support that I cut out today.

This thing is huge! And good for up to 700hp when used w/ electric fans.

Alot wider than the stock radiator...

Alot thicker too...

The beast is in!

All the metal I had to cut off...

I had to notch the top of the radiator support so the radiator sits flush against the support, this actually makes the new radiator sit 2" further away from the engine than the old one.
