been there, seen that lol also seen someone wrap their xbox in a towel to overheat it/bake it and melt the connections back into place...

Me? I'd rather spend the $100 bucks and get an extra year warranty lol.. I've already used the piss out of it.. I've been lucky thus far.... the cooling fans are making weird noises but its still goin

Did everyone miss my post that ALL OF XBOX 360 warranties are retroactively now 3 years from the time you bought it instead of one???? They are also refunding the money that people spent to fix it and ship it and so on... I'm calling tonight to double check on my 140 dollar refund.

Man I saw your post but the way I read that article.. was that WARRANTY was on the FIRST RUN xboxes.. I got mine in february, a couple months after their release
