Re: Lambo doors

I used to have them. Over time the hinges needed to be adjusted and eventually, the joints rust welded to the car. It became easier to remove the hinge altogether and go back to stock. They got old after a while and despite all else I had done to the car, it was only ever known as the mustang with lambo doors from then on...meh to that.

I sometimes don't like using my fiances car because of the doors
it just becomes a hassle after awhile

Re: Lambo doors

I'm not going to lie, I am a big fan of the doors and I think they do look great. To each their own is right.. I was even considering putting them on my car.. but as a daily driver, I am still unsure.

They need to constantly be adjusted don't they? Plus for 780, it's steep.

Yeah they do need to be adjusted often and if you ever have to take your car somewhere to get something fixed (cause my fiance doesn't like to work on his car and I sometimes don't have the time) you have to make sure the people know about the doors so that they don't get messed up

Mine is an everyday driver and the guy I got to put my doors on knew what he was doing and I have never had to be adjusted and they open and and shut just like factory hinges it all bout how you put them on
