If you're just doing springs it's pretty simple. Probably only take two hours tops if it's your first time. D: I'd give it a shot if I were you. Now is always a good time to start learning!

I have the H&R SuperSport Springs on mine. I removed the front isolators and left one set in the rear.

H&R claims 1.6" front and 1.75" rear.

With the isolator delete in the front I'm at about 1.9-2" and ~1.8" in the rear.

I wrapped the ends of the springs and slathered some grease on them before throwing them in so they wouldn't grind or squeak...so far so good.

Just to help you out since he might not get them installed right away and I already have them in...

The ride is definitely stiffer as the H&R's are a performance spring with many handling characteristics in mind.

I'm sure my ride is more harsh and noticeable over bumps because I took my isolators out in the fronts. On decent roads the ride really isn't any different from stock, but over bumps it is rougher.

If you dd the car I would recommend leaving the isos in...if it's a weekend car like mine then it's up to you. I wanted the extra ~.5" so I took them out. I took one iso out in the rear to give the overall stance a slight rake.

The nice thing about the H&R's is they won't sag after time like some other brands do..I haven't heard one person complain about them sagging.

Yea my car is a dd. I've heard nothing but good things about h&r. My car just needs to be a bit lower to get rid of the 4X4 look and hug some corners better for fun.
