Yes, i have a friend that own a body shop. It took about 1 1/2 hours to do the hood.Kit was fairly easy to install. Everything was included in the kit. Originally was going to do the OEM hood and parts. But could not find a hood. Also OEM shaker fit different on GT. OEM parts was super expensive to find. So went with the kit.

Traditionally the snake is put on Cobras, some cobras didn't come with them (ie 03/04 Cobras) but 99% of the world sees that badge as something that only comes on a cobra. And 99% of the world is going to at first glance think you have a cobra even though you don't.

Yeah, the engine sets a little different so you'd have some modding of some kind to do. You guys did a good job. It looks good IMO. Probably works about like the stock Mach 1 setup where you are getting more air at higher speeds. It may not be true RAM air, but its still nice cold air.

Exactly. If I put a Viper logo on my mustang, I'm saying its a Vioer even though the word Viper does not appear on my car. Just take the Cobras off and don't try to defend it.

Fortunately there is not a need for me to defend .What i PAY for to use on my car. As far as what on MY car . It will stay on my car until, I decide to remove anything. So, if i upgrade my brakes to the better cobra brakes. Or up grade any other supposedly better part from the Mach 1,Bullitt,Cobra etc. That OK. To each his own. As ( Azure ) stated many has swap parts they like from other mustangs.

I was messin with ya....personally not everyone likes the same thing. It's your car do what you like. I was stating the obvious though. You said it's a Bullit, it has gt badges (which personally I don't like the look of the newer badges you got on there but that's ok) cobra front emblem and a Mach 1 look a like hood. 03/04 Cobras have Cobra emblems nose, fenders, and rear bumper cover.

If he wants to put Cobra emblems on his car, who gives a crap. It's his car and no where else on the car is he trying to act like a Cobra.

I think what they are getting at is the cobra emblem is a misleading piece with no functionality . That's like putting GT emblems on a v6 stang and trying to say you're not mis badging. You do have a very nice looking gt and I love the shaker hood. I wish they still made the kits for the fox bodies.

Not the front grille, forgot to specify. But ask any Termi owner on here and they will say it didn't come with a snake on the grille.

That's exactly what we are trying to say. We aren't saying it looks bad, it's just misleading.
