P-51 and my 2011 California Special

Was at a car show and air show today and had the opportunity to take pictures with a P-51 Mustang. Hope you enjoy!

It looks like a great time, the big smile gives that away. How big was the show??

it was a pretty good size show, it had about 120 cars and a lot of different planes. Its a lot of fun, they have the show right on the air strip and in a huge hanger.

In fact I would have parked next to it if a ricer hadn't gotten there first. I have the lower fascia front valence for the California package coming in the next couple days to replace my gt fascia

Yeah I am curious on how well it will look with everything I have put on. When I am done with the front end I will have four different after markets companies products on the front of my car but it looks good up to this point. The cs fascia left Texas today only a couple days to wait :p pictures coming soon

Pictures of the new Cali special in the dark get better pics here in a day or so trying to figure out if I can splice the upper fog lights in with the Cali special lights without blowing the 15 amp fuse

You going to write a walkthrough of this installation?

Yeah If there is interest in it. Be short of pictures unfortunately since I did it on a rush (got home late lastnight) but I have had my front bumper cover off twice now so I am efficient at it

Nice, is it difficult? I like the look, not sure if it is worth the effort. I like it due to the fact that it seems the only way to put one of the Boss spliters on the pony. I'm guessing you will change out the grill, remove the fog lights?

I am trying to avoid it because I like the fog lights like that in the grill and I haven't found a fog light delete grill I actually like. What I al contemplating is pulling the fog lights out of the Cali n putting in a brake ducting kit or splicing the fog lights into the same power and running both sets of fogs

As for taking it off it is a little bit of a fight but if ur patient and not afraid to wack the cover when u have it lined up to pop it back in place it's easy
