Re: Pictures of the HDTV

I was watching some HDTV at a buddys house last night...you can see the difference. I havent forked out the money for HD yet.

And I too am one of those plug the cable to the back of the tv. Other then the living room, all my tvs are like that. Only have 1 box..but that will change when I go to Sat.

Brent, looks good, but I like my set up better.

Re: Pictures of the HDTV

yeah, just dont have it hooked up right now. It was disconnected when I was wiring in the big screen. Same with the XBox. Dont play them enough to have them hooked up always.

Got the Wii, and cablebox through the RCA jacks, so both those are filled up, DVD player through one of the component (not buying component for the xbox) and PS3 through its HDMI port and a DVI port on the tv.

You'd be surprised at the difference a good pair of cables will do. A lot of people think it's a waste of money but there is some actuality to a better picture.

Re: Pictures of the HDTV

Not with HDMI. It's digital. One HDMI cable is no better than the other.

I would say we have the same one, but one end of mine is DVI so I doubt it.
