Squatting 2x your weight is the lowest average buddy and 370 leg press with both legs is chicken shït weight.

I've also been to basic. It's actually not that impressive. Just means you know how to get yelled at and follow basic orders. There are millions of people who have went through basic as well. I don't see how you dad going to basic makes you proficient in any form of combat. Il let you in on a little something, the real soldiers don't brag about their quals. There are probably a ton of them on here that could bring you to within an inch of your life before you could strap on you little red belt.

Anyways, this is a really moot argument. You do realize that you are being satirized at an alarmingly avoidable rate lol? If you stop talking and fuelling the fire, you won't have to karate us or whatever.

I never had the chance to max out. Our hand-me-down leg press only went to 600 and I'd do a couple sets before basketball practice in high school them went and ran my *** off cause that's all we did during practice.
