Re: how hot is it where you are?

It's about the same, maybe a few degrees hotter. I was working at my gf's parents house this morning doing some yard work for about 6 hrs, ugh, sooo humid!! I don't mind the heat but humidity sucks

Did that for about 7 years before getting an inside job in the HVAC business. Big difference not getting the attic work - put on a few pounds hehe

Oh man.. Nothing like installing a furnace, or replacing duct work in the middle of summer. People need A/C and heat. My Motto is 68 in the summer and 78 in the winter.

I'm by no means in the HVAC business. All I know is that I need heat, and A/C.

Re: how hot is it where you are?

113-117* on average just before we go home for the day. The next shift gets the worst of it from 2-4pm. Right at about 120*...thats ambient btw. On the flightline...the concrete makes it about 5-10* hotter. No fun out here. Middle east btw.

I'm visiting the family's farm in Topeka, Kansas. We had an awesome fireworks show!

The heat nearly killed us all though.. peaked at 120. It's cooler at my home in Texas!
