Plasti dip makes a gloss spray that goes over the stripes. I also hear that spraying regular gloss over them will give you that look too

I thought so. Wouldnt i have to wait for it to dry before spraying on the gloss though?

Not sure how the plasti dip glossifier works. When people use regular gloss clear coat they were putting it on while still wet so that could get tape off. I haven't tried it personally. I like the matte finish with my color so I've had no desire to

This is how the iPhone 4 should have come... With a build in rubber coating... The stainless band is too slippery so no one ever goes caseless.

Buttons work fine!! Now I was very careful to spray very... Very thin layers without saturating the phone. I have no idea how this will impact reception (cellular) as this is only used for the Dashcommand. But wifi does still work fine.

There is no way I'm going to put plasti dip on my new iPhone 5 lol. I haven't even take off the cheap screen protectors that come on it in the box.

I actually wanted white stripes, but for the price I wanted to see what black looked like. That only cost me about $12 and about 2 hours of my time.

Do not use regular gloss. If you do, it makes the plasti dip extremely difficult to remove.

Ahh, I just upgraded from my old 4 also. But I'm about to get $140 for it so I'm not gonna plasti dip it... It does look good though.
