John Reep told me that. He's the stand up comedian that did those dodge commercials. I saw him a few years ago at a show and he said, when people would approach him and ask him to say that line, he'd explain to them what the HEMI actually was and leave them dumbfounded. Lol, cool guy. 8)

Re: He is proud of his... Charger.

True SRT8's do only come in leather. The classic charger was certainly a muscle car, and no muscle car ive ever been made aware of was every classified ad luxury save cadillacs, the xlr or whatever the corvette chasis predsessor to the current 550 hp CTS-V.

When chrysler made the stratus into a 300c, and then they wanted to bring back the charger and challanger, chrysler didnt want to creat a whole new rig from the ground up, and they didnt want to charger to compete with the new challanger, so they used the same body style and chassis of the new 300 (what we see now) and re badged it a charger, 4 door tank of a sedan. The luxury badge never belonged to dodge, they retained the chyrsler 300c for the refinements. Essentialy, this joker is praising a defunct american muscle car turned into a 4 door boat thats the son of the dodge stratus of the 90's.

You can have a v8 and not be a hemi. When i sold chrysler in hawaii i traded in two chargers with fake hemi and srt8 badges.

The worst part about the chargers IMO is when you get a v6 they don't even give you a new bumper in the back, so your left with a hole made for a second exhaust that isn't there haha

Ardun heads for the Ford flathead were perhaps the first use of a hemispherical head on a readily available American V8.[7] First offered in 1947 as an aftermarket product, these heads converted the Ford flathead to overhead valves operating in a hemispherical chamber. Zora Arkus-Duntov, who later worked for GM and was a major force behind the development of the Chevrolet Corvette, and his brother Yura, were the "AR" "DUN" of "Ardun."
I found this on the web is that true? If anyone knows? It was on wiki so

He probably does suck at driving.... That is why he is overcompensating with his video.
