I've also heard they're noisy. But I've talked to some people that have driven them in the rain. They said don't do it ever. And they don't warm up well in the colder months.

As he said, Toyo R888 285/35/20 and 315/20/20

Sticky tires but 100 treadwear. Going to take it to Willow after the blower.

I ran the 888's on my 03 cobra and the only decent size they had in a 19 on my coyote. They are OK but not great. Best drag radial hands down is the one fron M&H.

These aren't drag radials and the best drag radial hands down is the M/T 275 pro.

I'm getting my wheels later this week, interns of buying. Which I've got to do some modifications to them; then the toyos are coming. I've discussed with several people, they are decent on the track and do well when warm. After this the car is getting brakes and suspension upgrades then heading to the track. I'll upgrade to a better tire when I put another engine in my car.

Same with the M&H drag radials. They are built just like a slick. Only DOT approved for certain race events who require a dot tire. When my car sits for more than 2 days it has to be on jack stands, just like you would with a dedicated slick to avoid flat spots. There is another nitrous coyote by me running the tires you said, he has trouble planting them from a 30 on the hit.

Now the M&H front runners suck ***. They are light as hell but suck on the street. Went through 4 sets already in a month. The M/T sportsman SR is where it's at I'm for a front runner

All my responses are coming from the street not the track.

Got plenty of street miles on my M and H front runners.
If you are going through 4 sets a month somebody needs to learn how to use an alignment rack.

The only complaint I have with the M/T 275 is it's a 275.

They don't like potholes or rough roads. Alignment is fine

Doesn't sound very durable.
I drove the snot out of mine and they have been just dandy.
I try to keep it on the road though...here in California they pave the streets.

I keep trying and I used to have success in posting pictures of my 04 Mustang GT project that I started building last fall to be the fastest car I have ever owned in 50 years of Hotrodding, drag racing and Landspeed racing all in Chevys and Corvettes. I hold six One Mile Standing Start Landspeed Records all in Chevys and my first outing was to be in Ocsla, Fl. Last January but I got waylayed on Christmas Eve when I had a pretty serious stroke. I amazed the Doctors and Nurses in the Stroke Center in a hospital 50 miles from our.home when on the third morning I asked for my custom walking stick and with assistance in getting up but walked in my regular slow Parkin┼Ťons gaite but it set me back and has taken me over six months to kind of regain my strength back but I had the car completed to phase l which is all.bolt ons with no cam or head change and no supercharger. I also got off track and car budget for another reason. I won't tell you what it is if I can successfully post pictures which I used to do on a regular basis but for the last few months.it has been a hit or miss problem so here goes and
Thanks.
