Vids of Roush Axleback (best vid on net I think) and......

Subscribe to this. I will be adding a 2nd video of what this exhaust sounds like after I throw in two 18" Magnaflow Glasspacks into the system. Ill be doing that today or tomorrow. Ill take the same vid/drive to make it as easy to compare as possible.

For now, its just my Automatic 2013 v6pp stock + Roush Axleback

2013 with Roush Axleback Vid

Enjoy

Excellent video with great all around sound. You can hear the mufflers very clearly and hear the shifting audio.

This sounds great on your car but a little (LOT) way to loud and high pitched for me. I'll stick with my Magnaflow streets for my Mustang V6 because I personaly don't want loud or the higher pitch. I like the deeper rumble of the Magnaflow streets.

I can't wait to hear how your car will sound with the glass packs installed.

This video sure will help others to decide if they want the Roush mufflers. It is the clearest I have heard of any of them. You did a great job.

Thx for the compliments. All about the go pro and proper placement. Attached to the license plate.

The sound will be significantly better post packs. Cant wait to share it.

2:02....that upshift sounded amazing! The rest of the video i hated, im not feeling the trumpety sound and it is very high pitched. I think the glasspacks will help you out though.

Ive never been in or seen a video of an auto stang...jesus christ thats an annoying transmission, id be screaming at my car every 20 seconds! Its trying to stay in a low rpm all the time and the roush exhaust sounds good at higher rpms....so your constantly punching the gas!

I just listened to 2:02 three times....thats the best sound an auto stang has ever made. Period.

Actually, for the most part....I was shifting it. Purposely keeping it low around town. Ill do it the same way with the magna packs , and ill do one letting the auto do its own thing.

And actually I dislike the roush pretty much from 2-3k (under medium acceleration) which is partly why I am keeping it low. At WOT I likemost of it, still too high pitched tho.

Ah gotcha, yeah that 2-3k is where it sounds a little weird but not bad at rest. Seriously that point at 2:02 sounded like a supercar.....

Re: Vids of Roush Axleback (best vid on net I think) and......

Im adding the follow up vid to the top post in just a few min.

I added two 18" Magnaflow glasspacks/resonators to the system. It dropped the volume a bit (good thing), interior noise is much more livable and its no longer vibrating loose change in the car or glove box. its deepened the tone just slightly.

AND MOST IMPORTANTLY it got rid of the ricey sounding low end under acceleration trumpeting noise. If you drive like I do from light to light, it was VERY annoying. anytime it got to 2500 rpm and it was under medium acceleration it was horrible. thats all gone now and the wife and I both love the overall sound/tone/volume.

Ok they wont let me edit my 1st post so here it is...

Roush Axleback + Magnaflow glasspacks
