The story about the GT350 (According to the tour), goes like this. Carol Shelby and one of the Higher Up executives behind the creation of this car, had been arguing about how to name this new car they created. Contrary to popular belief, the 350 in GT350 has no reference to the amount of horsepower the car has. So after a long Discussion, Carol out of frustration, walks outside to cool off. The executive comes outside to meet him after awhile, and they sit outside for a bit. Carol turns to the Executive, points to a warehouse across the way, and asks him how far he thinks that warehouse is from the point they were at. The executive said, "About 350 feet." and THUS, that is how they settled upon the name of the car. I'll be posting some more things as the days go on, and as i remember them. (Things got a little clouded out in Vegas). I also have pamphlets of all the different Packages that Shelby offers which includes Pricing, base packaging, and additions options you can choose from. So i might post those up if anyone is interested with any of that, just let me know.

If you're a real car guy, you don't need 'em.

And I don't need to show off to people I don't care about because to them it's just "a Mustang" or "a Camero" and most of those people hate you anyway for driving what they assume must be a gas guzzling V8.

I'm jaded though.
Gas guzzlers and what

I love the badges! Granted, the newer cars suffer from cost reductions, so they don't look as good. Badges/emblems kick a$$ IMO.

Yeah, I don't understand the point of a sleeper. Besides, real sleepers look like granny cars but has beast engines under the hood. If you have a good lookin Mustang w/o badges/emblems, it's still a good lookin Mustang.
