Mustangs and Police

Post up any pictures you have of your mustangs "associating" with local law enforcement. Can be anything... Stories are cool too!

A cop pulled me over when I came out from hanging with a car crew I was part of, and he was way down the road from me and flew all the way up to get me. When he pulled me over, he basically pulled some bs excuse for something he didn't really see me do. He said "this COULD have happened" and crap. Then gave me a 200 and something ticket for fail to yield the right of way when that's not even what I did. Best part, could tell he was a rookie cop. Had to call his partner to ask what he should do. What actually happened was when I looked before I pulled out, there was lots of space for me to pull out. So I pulled into the inner lane, and a car way back in the lane next to me, comes flying up next to me. Freaking joke.

No pics... But I live in a fairly small city and get escorted to the city limit when they see me. Happens almost every other day.

I've been pulled over at least 7 times in the last 13 months and never for a driving offense. I've been pulled for suspicious driving and spot checks which is an excuse to check out the car haha. Happens alot here. Real car crazy town. And the cops love the hi-po fords.

How many of you guys have tint? I have never been pulled over, and I am missing a tag plate up front, too.

I've yet to be pulled over for my tint , 5% and my dad didn't put a front plate on his challenger for about a year before he was pulled for it.

My speeding ticket: 102 in a 60.

Court on Monday dec17

Car flies up on my a**. Riding real close. So I get in the middle lane(I'm doing 75). They swerve at the driver side of my car. So I slow down, they get in front of me and brake check me. So I drop back and get in the far right lane(slow lane), then they follow suit and swerve at me again.....I dropped the hammer on em.
Cop pulls me over for 102 in a 60.
Said he's not taking me to jail or taking my license cause he saw the other car weaving thru traffic trying to catch me. But he has to give me a ticket.
So $500 for attorney and figuring about $1,000 in fines.
We shall see on Monday.

Didn't give me a ticket me and a friend in another car having fun going down the road. When he pulled me over told me to get out of the car and then gave a mean talking to! Told me the next time I saw me he would be pulling me off my windshield because I recked! Really nice guy haha!

One time I was on a 2 lane and there were 3 cars in front of me going slower than I wanted so I passed all 3 when a dotted yellow line appeared. A few miles up I was sitting at a red light and one of the cars I passed was some sort of an officer and he stopped next to my car since he was turning. He pulled out his badge and told me "to slow that thing down before you kill someone." He couldn't do anything because it was a legal move and he probably wasnt on duty or wasnt someone who could give out a ticket.

I had a f-150 for 2 years with two layers of 5% and only got pulled over once but I got my mustang and only have one layer of 5% and I've been pulled over 6 or seven times I got a feeling because it's a mustang that I have gotten so many with it

Went through the bus lane at school to let my gf out and he never pulled anyone over b4 for going through there so after I let her out the blue lights come on lol. He tested my tint than told me I was in the bus lane he said where are you going and I said I had to have knee surgery that day lol! He let me off. The only other time was I was going bout 47 in a 45 and a cop passed me and made a siren noise as a warning I think lol

It's very possible that laws are different where you are but here a bus lane van be used as a loading lane as long as it does not impede a busses movements. It would be pretty dickish if he ticketed you as long as you were just quickly dropping someone off.

Just adding two cents here, but in Ohio, everyone thinks FIRE LANES are their own personal parking spots. It is really aggravating, which is why I express my frustration here.

That reminds me, one time I was walking out of a best buy and someone stopped in the fire lane to let someone out. This wouldn't have been so bad, but they stopped directly in front of me. So I decided to just walk into the side of their car. I doubt they've stopped right in front someone walking since.

Lol. I wish I had the gull to do that. I don't do a lot of things because I feel confrontation might come from it, and it might not turn out too well for the other person, so I let it build up and vent it out on the inter webs.

No pics but when I hadn't 93 fox I used to get pulled over all of the time by older cops who would find a reason to pull me over lol. But never got a ticket for anything. They just wanted to see my baby lol.

Statey in front of me tonight in heavy traffic was trying his best to get behind me, but I kept him in front of me until my exit, at which point he's trying to figure out if Im turning or not, rolling slow, so I waited until he was too far past the exit to turn and then took it real quick. No idea what his issue was because I use my blinker, dont tailgate or travel in the passing lane, wasnt speeding, have legal tint, etc. Just watched the video again for a laugh.

I was born and raised in Seffner (right outside of Tampa) if you don't know where it is but I swear that place is horrible when people think that a fire lane is a personal parking lane and no one ever got towed. I watched someone park in the fire lame go in shop for an hour and come back out at the same time as myself. I myself parked in the end of the lot because a walk won't kill me

No pics but I've only been pulled over once. I had just dropped the little brother off at school when I'm sitting at this red light and a blacked out Saleen pulled up. Me, being young and quite stupid at the time, decided to try to race this guy.. I give him the nod, and once the light turned green we were off, screaming exhaust and all. Well that happened for about fifteen seconds before I hear "WHOOP WHOOP" and Johnny is right on my ***. So I pull over and the cop asked me how old I was, so I replied "18 sir." He smirks and says " well stop driving like it son." So he runs my tag and walks back up and says "I'm letting you off with a warning , I could've given you a reckless driving ticket etc. " moral of story, Check your rear view before you take off.

got pulled over a total of 3 times in my mustangs and twice in my f150.

1st time was for no seatbelt. had a red 2000 gt black leather interior wearing a black hoody and he didnt see the seatbelt he said. then after he pulled me over he asked if my taillights were factory and i told him that was how i bought it since they were tinted. then my friend thats a cop pulled up ant got me out of 1 ticket but he had already wrote the other.

2nd was for texting in my truck. i know i know. but i also didnt have my seatbelt on so i put my windows up half way and they were tinted 15% ended up getting a tint ticket instead of a texting while driving LUCKY

3rd was a few hours after that in my truck for tinted window. the cop asked me if i was ever told about my tint and i told him yes i just got a ticket earlier and showed him the ticket and he looked at it and said. well thats from a different town so heres your second ticket.

4th was in my new mustang for careless driving for passing a slower car "too aggressively" but let me go with a tint ticket and told me if i had a camaro i probably would have got out of the ticket lol

5th i was just driving in traffic not speeding or anything and i see a cop making his was over from the far right lane and then the lights go on. i pull over and 2 more cops pull up and the only thing he pulled me over for was tint. havent been bothered since.

sorry for the book you guys but i figured if you guys are bored at work like i am then its something to keep you entertained.

Got two tickets for failed inspection and missing cat on my old 80 foxbody. Inline 6. But those two times both cops came real far out of their way just to pull me over, driving over medians both times. Never for speeding or tint on my new 13 knock on wood
