5.0 Envy

So has anyone else with a 2010 or older Mustang found themselves slow rolling and perusing through your local dealership Mustang inventory? I stopped by the parts department to grab a new crankshaft bolt and motorcraft fuel cap (apparently aftermarket caps piss the evaporative control system off). The Black 5.0 in the background was niceeeeeeee! Oh well, gotta love that Sonic Blue 05 GT

I didn't know. In '08 when roomers of the '10 first came out, the word on the street was that 2012 was going to get a new power plant. It was a good thing I couldn't afford a '10 then. Lol when I bought my '11 in mid '10, their were 2 used '10 on the lot with less then 5K miles going for almost the same price as the '11. Haha, I was like, good luck selling those!

I got a call today from a dealer following up from my purchase last year and he said that 2014 was going to be the major revamp year for the Mustang. That's incorrect, 2015 is right? Of course the dealer will tell you anything to get you to purchase a new vehicle.

Yeah, the '15 is going to be the 50th anniversary edition. I'd imagine the '14 will be the same as the '13. Similar to how the '11 & '12 had no changes.

Ah, by 2015 you'll be able to buy a used '15. Model changes don't mean anything. It seem illustrious now but it's still just a car and people are stupid. They'll buy one and not be able to make the payments and trade it in for a focus. About a month after I bought my '11 there was an '11 in the used lot at my Ford dealer. It even had axel backs. Lol

upgrading is always fun but not always worth the cost.
