Yep they're projectors terminator, cheap or not you spent the extra cash and they're good. Its hid bulbs in halogen housings that cause the excessive glare.

Yours are definitely white haha.

I think between 5-6 is generally a white hue. It may also vary with eye color haha. I also think it depends on the bulb manufacture. I notice a slight difference between my fogs and headlights.

It is possible. My Raxiom projectors have a nice cutoff. Almost as good as what is in my Wife's Acura.

If you are putting HIDs in your car, projectors are the right way to do it.
