What exactly do camber bolts do? I apologize for being ignorant.

They are used to realign the front suspension after the car has been lowered

Okay, I have SR lowering springs and was planning on putting those on, a panhard bar and getting the car alined.

Exact same here man! Don't forget some rear lower control arm relocation brackets as well.

Okay and I assume those will also help the suspension?

Yes! Your lower control arms will not be straight anymore after lowering and will affect off the line grip and acceleration if they can't plant correctly. I've heard an adjustable upper control is necessary as well but I'm not positive.
