Photo programs

Anyone know any free programs or apps that I can mess around with pics of my car. For example if I wanna see how my car would look with black side skirts or spoiler I can change the color and see how it looks

I use photoshop but that is pretty expensive. The process that you are wanting to do is called selective color. You select an area of the picture and then modify only that areas color. I have never searched for a free or low cost app because I do this for a living.

It does a great job! I have a adobe subscription and get everything I need for $49 a month. I think you can get photography subscription for $9.99 a month.
