Performance pack engine cover install

So I just got done installing the engine cover and it looks awesome! I think this should be factory on every v6 mustang. It makes your engine look bigger, and to top it all off you get a chrome pony in the center. What do y'all think? My next mod is going to be a strut tower brace but am stuck between the ford racing and the sr performance.

Here is what it looks like with Boss 302 brace

I like it a lot as well as the cover.
Just be careful when tightening the nuts holding the strut bar. They are really easy to twist off the studs. Just use new locking nuts and run them down until the nut stops.
do NOT over tighten them.

Nice man! I'm looking at installing one myself. But advice on the strut brace, I've heard from many people to make sure you get a brace that covers all 4 bolts on both sides

Not necessary to have all four nuts holding it on.

I have the one that Ford uses on the Boss 302 and it uses two nuts on each side. No Problems at all with this design. They all do the same work so just get the one you like the looks of on your Mustang.
WARNING
Just be careful you do not twist off a stude when you tighen down the nuts holding the bar on to your car. Get new locking nuts and only tighnen them down until they stop. NO MORE
Ronnie

Why do I need new locking nuts? Also where can I buy them?

Once the old one come off,

They won't lock as good or at all.
Go to any hardware store or auto parts store and take one of the old ones with you.
My Ford brace came with new nuts.

Now that's what I like to see, an engine bay so clean I could eat off of it! Thumbs Ronnie.
