High school

At school today I got told off by a teacher because I don't have a parking decal so I park in the spots at the front of the school which is there for anybody. I park there because once I get a decal I have to park in that number spot. The high school has about 4 accidents a month because the people can't drive and I will not mess up my car by parking next to all the idiots who can't drive. Don't you hate it when someone tells you what to do with your car because I sure do.

So you think you can just park wherever you want because of your car?

No I don't park in the cluster of cars because I don't want my car to get hit so I park all the way in the front. Like whenever I go to the grocery store I park in the back where no cars are.

If your school is like any other school, those front spots aren't for just anyone who feels like parking there. That is the visitor parking. Student vehicles are required to park in the authorized parking area. If you don't want to chance an accident, you may look into riding the bus. If a teacher has already noticed you parking there and confronted you about it, they may have your vehicle towed if they catch you again and are in a bad mood.

At my school the spots in the front are used when someone parks in your spot. What I have decided to do is park all the way In the back with the other people who don't have decals. The teachers don't go back there because it is a long walk. It is far enough away from the other students that it will be safe there. I can't ride the bus either because I go to church every morning at 6:00.

Sounds like you've already got a plan. A long walk is a lot better than a possibly damaged/towed car.

Yep definitely. I just can't risk my car getting damaged even tho I have another car but it is more fun to pull up in a mustang than a navigator lol .

So just sell me the engine from the navigator. Then you will have to take the Mustang.

5.4 + Boss intake + your nitrous kit

You will have the most badass and probably fastest car at school.

Lol that would be so awesome. Now that that idea is set I might actually do that. I've seen a couple of threads on here of people talking about that swap.

I really wanted to do it for a while. Right now I'm pondering a Mach 1 swap, lighter and high revving, it'll do me better for corners.

High school, I never knew you had to have a parking sticker to park at a public school. Man in my days, we could hardly park inbetween the lines much less have to worry about where to park. The good ole days.

Yea it really sucks wrecks everywhere and it's high school kids so if they back into u and your not around they are not going to tell you they will just drive off. There was a guy In a f-150 that I saw who had backed into a black camaro. He took a sharpie out of his back pack and drew over the scratches. I would hate that to be my car.

Same with my old high school. But we didn't have reserved sports, and no one actually got the sticker since they didn't check.

That is cool. The reason my high school has such strict rules is because the press is always there because Brett Farve is the offensive coordinator for my high school which means the school board sees what they are slacking on when the interviews go up.

Hell in my days, we used to go out and move the teachers cars around. Especially the principal's, we used to sit outside in the brush or in our cars and watch the principal look for his car, and the teachers too. But we are talking 30 so yrs ago too.

Yea that's how much ours is. The teacher that came up to me didn't even care where I parked he just said that the money goes to student counsel so I need to purchase one. Which isn't a problem I am just going to buy a spot so I'll be left alone but park in the back.

Hell yes, the school used ot have a board that had all the teachers on it and a hook to keep their keys on in the admin office. We used to get in trouble all the time and each time we got in trouble, we would snag a set or two and go out and move them. The principal thought it wise to have the board in case of emergency or what not.

Our science teacher in our senior year was a black man and a drunk. He always had a bottle of whiskey in his desk draw. Sometimes he would be passed out at his desk, then we would sneak into his draw and drink some, and then leave the bottle on top of his desk for when he woke after the bell rung. He would always send us out to look for frogs when we were bad too, so we would go out and drink his whiskey while we were supposedly looking for frogs.

I know that feeling man. I had my car gone for a whole month to get my nitrous system installed and nitrous doesn't even work and the mechanic put a hole in my back bumper.

Well some would say they would of loved it, but in those days, you were punished with a paddle. And whenyou were bad, some teachers would put you in front of the class, bend forward and hold onto the desk, and WHAM, WHAM, WHAM. 3 good hard licks to your butt or back of your legs, and you where in pain. Especially the PT teacher that had holes drilled inot his paddle. Those were the days

I was a good kid in school. So I would have loved it to be like that. Discipline would have been much better

I always wondered what it would be like to get paddled of course I would never let a teacher near me with one of those.

You got that right. Schools today have taken the rights away from teachers. And parents were more invovled in those days too. So if you got in trouble at school, then your parents were next as they were called by the principal or teacher. And then there used to be PTA meetings, show and tell, and parent days.
