Turbo S197 out runs a Hellcat

Was down at the track the other day and watched a S197 outrun a Hellcat. The mustang looked like it was so close to popping the fronts off the ground.

With how heavy the hellcat it shouldn't be hard to take one down with a few mods. A 450whp car weighing 3,000 pounds has the same power to weight ratio.

The hellcat rolls out though. From a roll your going to need a lot more than 450 at the tires promise.

By mods I assume you mean forced induction. IDK if 450WHP would keep up with the Hellcat. The Mustang was running close to 750whp and just edged him out by 0.2.

Drag racing you can beat one with 450hp as the coyote's have run low 10's to high 9's with 450-500 NA.

From a roll Though it's a different story

If it was on a diet; it would be so much better.

Doesn't need a diet. Go race on from a 60 roll. But you will have to go on the first honk and him on the 10th to give you some false hope.
