Picking new wheels

Greetings all,

The debate on which wheel to choose has continued to take place in my mind. I was set on getting the black AMR's up until two days ago. I met up with a gentleman that had a 2012 Boss with black MMD wheels and that grabbed my attention.

So now, I'm like the MMD wheels look freaking sweet and soooooo easy to clean. I was definetly set on black wheels and after seeing the gray MMD wheels they don't look bad either. So, based on my color car and stripping color combo, any opinion on which MMD wheel to go with?

Also, which every wheel I go with they will be 18's.

I've been looking at those as well. Can't make up my mind but whatever I get they are going to be silver and 18's.

Not black. Black does not look good on your color imo.

Go with the charcoal or silver.

I like the mmd cage wheels as well. I think these deep dish amr wheels would look good on your car though.

Just google it kona. I'm sure someone has that same set up on your color car. I would vote silver or charcoal on your car as well. Black just blends in with that color.

You do have a point. The black would blend in with the my blue. I do have red calipers and wonder how that red would look with the charocoal wheels on it.

I definitely do not want chrome or any type of silver like finish. I have nothing against chrome but not a huge fan of it on majority of colors.

Here are some pics I found. Some imagination needed since I couldn't find the exact setup but I think charcoal or gunmetal is the way I'd go.

To me it still looks sinister and muted over other colors but allows the wheel to be seen and allows the tire to pop a bit since they are not the same color. The red caliper will look great no matter what wheel you pick. Here is a pic of the wheels I am going with on my ride. I'm a gunmetal fan

The charcoal if you didn't have the white stripe. Silver with the white stripes look better to me.
