My new project.

Will be updating this soon.
I picked up a 88 vette from a coworker for $750.

Will be selling the L98 that is in it.
First will be suspension interior paint and then the LS1 swap.
Will get more pics once I pick her up.

Stock they do not look good in my opinion either. But that blue one looks awesome. Would love to have one like that.

That doesn't look like the same body style as yours. Back end looks different. I agree that looks way better.

My new project.

Because the blue one is a 90s C4. Slight alterations to the body, maybe a "minor facelift."

Only difference is the blue one has a straight rear end. Mine has a curve to it. Everything else is identical

I'm building the motor. There isn't any getting it, piece by piece. It will be a lsx block. With TSP 408 rotating assembly.

Taking care of everything else first. Body will be pulled off the frame. Ect

This isn't something that's going to be done over night. It's going to take awhile. I do stuff right. So it's going to cost a lot of $$ to get where I'm going.

Sat down and decided the ls1 base to start wasn't worth it. As everything with it would have to be swapped block would have to be sleeved ect. Just not smart. So that's why I'm building it from the ground up.

Wiring harness ect can be built by a few places for 300-600 depending on what all you want.

My new project.

What trans will you be running?
You don't have to tell about restorations. I know full well how long it can take to fix everything. It's taken 6 years to get my Challenger painted and very close to being finished.

I know you know how long it takes. We will see I'm hoping 2 years on this one. It will be a easy $50,000+ project.

I will be going with a 4l60

My new project.

So is there a power goal you're wanting? Or just slap the stuff on it and see where she is.

It's going to be over a 1,000 for sure.
Going to aim for 1200-1500

I'm not going to use the turbo my buddy gave me. I'm going to go with a comp 88mm. And build the kit myself.

Sounds like a good build you have planned. It'll be a good, expensive ride. Haha.

It's definitely going to be expensive. But it will be worth it once it's done. It's only $ just takes time
