Question The Hood

HELLO,Just to start off I had to make a Adjustment to the fuel pressure to spray the last run of the day. 7.93-93mph that was the run i made when the hood came up. thanks for the support and the pat on the back. the biggest thing is that I'm safe and didn't loose control.undefined

Hey man, welcome to the site, I hope you stick around.

I was really sorry to hear and see what happened. I was impressed you managed to keep it under control too, I would have flipped out. I hope you can get all this fixed up and the Cobra back up to speed. or faster.

edit, i was that kid w/ th blue shirt and asked if u wanted me to close ur door or leave it open.

cameleon, you kept your car under control real well when your hood came up, I probably would have gone straight into the wall if that happened to me!! Atleast you are safe. I still don't see how all that happened and your fenders are still in perfect condition.

he came maybe 5ft from hitting the wall until he regained control, Chris was very lucky for sure!

Surprised to see you made your way here Chris!

It's kinda of a new company. About a year or so ago, all of the big major companies that made/burnt chips (mainly superchips, diablo, and jdm) got together and made SCT which allows you to virtually change and modify any possible aspect of your EEC. SO if you wanted your rear 02 sensors off, or turn your EGR off, you can now do this. The only down fall for you is that it's only for OBD-II vechiles. But if you decide to get a new(er) Cobra or some mustang w/ OBD-II this is definately the way to go. Here's a link if you're interested. I would tell your friends about these guys. They have a there own website and forums, but also have an online forum at modulardepot.com for all their customs if they run into trouble. Here's there main website.
