Talking speaker specs

Does my 03 v6 "pony package" mustang have 6x9 size door speakers cause i am going to replace them. They are really blown. I will probably use ebay

If I'm not mistaken, you'll have 5x8s. That's what Ford and Mazda use.

I don't know if the Mach sound system has any bearing on what size your speakers are, but I don't have it and I have 5x8s.


edit: Yeah, I definitely meant 5x7.

5x7/6x8 will work nothing else without an adapter or cutting

I am probably replacing the speakers. What brand do u guys suggest and as the best sound quality

I'm late on this one, you have 5x7 ford speakers all the way around. They are exactly the same as a 6x8 speaker. As far as quality, how much are you wanting to spend? Brent recently bought some new door speakers that sounded very good for the price. I love my Pioneer Premier REV series in my doors, but they are a little pricey for some.
