Re: Help!

not sure really, brent is on and he may know (i think he is still on)

Can you set the watts going to each channel individually? Else you may blow up those 130 watt speakers.

Re: Help!

You definitely don't need the first one, it's a mono amp, hence it only has 1 channel. To be honest, I'd recommend using a separate amp for the sub than you use for the other speakers. But, if you are intent on using only 1 amp, it is possible to use a 4 channel amp if you do the impedence right.

Re: Help!

Impedence is what OHM the amp is running at. You normally set this to the optimum OHM of your speaker. And it's really really gonna be hard to just run one amp to be honest for 2 mids and a sub...

Re: Help!

I got it set up with a 4 channel amp, but now I have a slight wine on the speakers when I rev the engine. Could be bad ground.

Re: Help!

you ran your power wires on the same side as your signal cable didn't you?

i would definately run 2 amps, and whats the RMS power on the sub and speakers NOT the max(peak) power?
