Have the left RCA's and speakers to the am go down the left side under the door sill and the right RCA's and speaker wires running around the right side door sill
What you will definitely want to do is run your power/remote wire on one side of the car, probably the driver side, and run the rca's down the other side with speaker wires, otherwise you will get some nasty feedback that will drive you up the wall.

I never had any problem when I ran mine. I ran them side by side power and RCA and never had any noise. It was 2 gauge power wire too

Re: Update I want to see pics of amp installations

You must have had some very serious shielded rca's, twisted, shielded, everything. Everytime I have ever seen them run side by side it has led to horrible feedback in the speakers, white noise, popping, etc.

This is what I was thinking but didn't want to say...
I ran everything down one side and have crystal clarity. My power wire was only 4 gauge tho and the RCA was just normal insulated and no real twisting...

An 8 Gauge Wiring Kit will be enough. Just get one for a 4 Channel amp

It's over kill but it doesnt matter. Just thicker wire to run. I ran 8 Gauge on a 300x1RMS amp without a problem Just cheaper to go with 8 Guage

^yeah, 4 gauge is pretty serious for that amp, like Brent said, 8 gauge would be fine. But 4 will work also.

I see what you are saying but Profile, Crutchfield and the place I bought the amp say 4 gauge. This is not a woosy amp 80watts X 4 at 4 ohm rms is not a little amp. I picked profile because of the amount of good things I read and Crutchfield tech said they are impressive amps at a tremendous savings. Of all the amps I have heard and read specs This is the best amp for the value period. I would have jumped on the infinity 4 channel but after it was mentioned on this post I went to buy it and it was gone already and on Ebay there were some decent prices on used Alpine amps but I dont want used equipment. You read stuff like " This system was never cranked up" WTF??? Who buys killer sound systems and does not crank it up. This like the turds that have built there engine and say they never raced it!!! REALLY BULL****

So I have a budget and I am getting what I feel I want and I am going to use 4 gauge wire BY GOD HAHAHAHHAHA

OH I am 45 and yes I am going to crank that ***** up AMEN!!!!!

Re: Update I want to see pics of amp installations

OK new question!!! The Amp kit I have has only 20 ft of 16 gauge speaker wire. I highly doubt it is enough to run to the front and the rear speakers. So is 16 gauge sufficent or should I go with 12 or up to 18 or stay with 16.

Let me know

Re: Update I want to see pics of amp installations

Yeh, 16 will be fine. I have 14 ran to all my speakers, but that's just b/c I had a few hundred feet of it laying around when I did my wiring. But, for no more than you'll be pushing, 16 is fine.
