Did some fender well cleaning

Well I am doing the world of wheels in two weeks so I started cleaning. I did the front wheel wells today. Turned out good even though it wasnt to bad to begin with.

I hosed it down with straight simple green, let sit for a bit, then sprayed down again as I wiped and cleaned. Followed by a warm wet (just water) rag then dryed, no shine or anything that will come at the show.

Before

After

It was not terrible as it was cleaned last year, but it looks better and once it gets shined with what ever it will look better.

yea, all 99+ have two piston front calipers. Those are 99-04 cobra calipers (same as mach 1/bullits, etc basically) some have a tiny bit larger piston but its all the same nearly.

There's a real brake! Unfortunately it's also a much dirtier wheen well. I don't know that I've ever really cleaned the wheel wells...

I believe they're 14's in the front and 12's in the back. I think it's the caliper that makes them Cobra's look so much smaller.

No one will notice when you shine them up. Dressing hides alot.

Re: Did some fender well cleaning

Its the small details, and "behind the scenes" cleaning that make a car stand out. Most people notice a car is nicer than most others they see, but usually cant distinguish why if the right things are cleaned and the right details are added to the car. It looks great!
